Rasmussen’s General Election Poll has Rudy beating Hillary Clinton 47% to 44%.

In six polls conducted between November 2006 and April of this year, Giuliani was ahead of Clinton each time with margins ranging from two to nine points. The match-up between the frontrunners tightened from May to early July. During that stretch, the two candidates were within a point of each other four times. Clinton led by a single point in a July 10 survey, the only time all year she’s topped Giuliani in a national poll.

However, the last two polls show Giuliani ahead once again.

The race is close.

Flap knows the race will continue to be close with just a few states in play, including Florida and Pennsylvania.

Here is how the campaign breaks down:

• Iowa goes to Romney and Rudy finishes back in the pack
• Nevada goes to Romney
• New Hampshire is up for grabs and Rudy may win or finish second. Romney will do well. McCain will make a last stand.
• South Carolina: Rudy will contend there but the state is a natural for Fred Thompson. Romney’s campaign momentum will stall in South Carolina. After South Carolina McCain will drop out endorsing Rudy - in any event his voters will go to Rudy.
• Michigan: Rudy will contend if they move the primary up
• Florida: Rudy wins with Fred Thompson second. There will be an all out media campaign to not only win the primary but also for the coming general election. When Thompson loses he curtails campaign operations.
• Super Duper Tuesday: Rudy wraps up the nomination with wins in New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Illinois.

Rudy cintinues to rack up double digit leads on Fred Thompson and Mitt Romney with John McCain fading into fourth place.

The GOP Nuts:

Undoubtedly Fred Thompson will get a bump up when he announces his official candidacy in the next week. However, Romney’s attacks on Rudy have fallen flat and he continues in third place.

The main question: Will John McCain go on the attack against Romney, particularly in New Hampshire?

Derry, New Hampshire Mother mother Katherine Prudhomme-O’Brien questioned Mayor Rudy Giuliani today at a town-hall meeting: why the presidential candidate should expect loyalty from voters when he doesn’t get it from his children.

Giuliani has a daughter who has indicated support for Democrat Barack Obama and a son who said they didn’t speak for some time. His ugly divorce from their mother, Donna Hanover, was waged publicly while Giuliani was mayor of New York. Giuliani has since remarried.

Answering questions at a town-hall meeting, Giuliani was asked why he should expect loyalty from GOP voters when his children aren’t backing him.

“I love my family very, very much and will do anything for them. There are complexities in every family in America,” Giuliani said calmly and quietly. “The best thing I can say is kind of, ‘leave my family alone, just like I’ll leave your family alone.’”

His comments were greeted with a smattering of applause from the audience of about 120 people. Giuliani urged them to judge him based on his performance as mayor and a federal prosecutor, and he launched into a list of his successes such as reducing crime and welfare and prosecuting organized crime figures and drug dealers.

But, Katherine Prudhomme-OBrien is a Conservative FREAK. She SET-UP the Mayor to embarass him publicly.

Who is she?

Prudhomme- O’Brien is a Tom Tancredo supporter and a NUT.

The Mayor should have told the BITCH to get LOST. He won’t but Flap will.
